Recruiter, Entry Level - Charleston, SC

Life Cycle Engineering is a 100% employee-owned company delivering mission-critical solutions to Department of Defense and commercial clients. The entry-level Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared roles by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking system workflows, and supporting hiring managers and HR initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assist with qualifying job requisitions and clarifying requirements with hiring managers
• Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
• Learn and use job boards, referrals, and networking to find candidates
• Use JobDiva (ATS) to manage workflow and maintain compliance
• Meet performance expectations with guidance and support
• Deliver a professional candidate experience that reflects the company's values
• Participate in HR projects and team initiatives as needed

What they're looking for:

• Minimum Education Required:High School/GED
• Some prior recruiting experience and can include internships or related coursework
• Interest in technical skill sets (engineering, IT, technicians) and cleared recruiting
• Willingness to learn and grow within a professional recruiting team
• Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Self-starter attitude with initiative and openness to feedback
• Comfort working toward performance-based metrics
• Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent periods of prolonged sitting may be required
• Maneuvering around tight spaces in a shipboard environment
• Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance
• Ability to use phone and computer systems, copier, fax and other office equipment
• Bachelor's degree
