Recruiter (Entry Level/Freshers)

Comtech LLC is a woman-owned small business offering IT solutions since 1998. They are seeking an entry-level Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing candidates, understanding technology, and managing the recruitment lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Should have strong experience in US laws and sourcing through different channels
• Must be strong in understanding technology
• Should have past experience in technical screening
• Should have excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Github, Stackoverflow, Linked-in, etc
• Must have a good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
• A good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools is a Plus

What they're looking for:

• 0-1 Years of Exp in IT Staffing
