Recruiter Full Time

Forest View Hospital is a private psychiatric facility serving children, adolescents, and adults. The Recruiter provides full-cycle recruiting services for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, managing agency relationships, and supporting recruitment projects and reporting.

What you'll do:

• Provides quality full cycle recruiting and staffing services for assigned positions
• Develops recruitment strategies and action plans to efficiently address open positions. Sources candidates via specialty internet job boards, ads, referrals, cold calls, etc
• Sources candidates, conducts phone and personal interviews, schedules interviews with hiring managers, conducts and reviews professional reference checks, and prepares salary offer recommendations
• Represents the hospital with on-campus job fairs, interview days and information sessions and other related events
• Keep abreast of current and local recruiting trends, new tools and practices to best meet hiring goals
• Provides frequent and thorough communication to the HRD and hiring managers
• Serves as liaison with all temporary/consulting agencies
• Assists with Recruitment projects and metric reporting
• Performs other duties as assigned/required

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to understand licensure requirements
• Self –Starter
• Extensive computer experience, including all MS Office Suite, HR Information Systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems
