Recruiter (Full-Time, In-Office)

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a fast-growing, family-owned company hiring a full-time, in-office Recruiter. The role owns full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partners with hiring managers, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, maintains ATS records, builds talent pipelines, and tracks recruiting metrics.

What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and handoff to onboarding)
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach (not just inbound applicants)
• Conduct phone/video screens and recommend top candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps quickly, and deliver a strong candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
• Build pipelines for repeat/hard-to-fill positions
• Support hiring events and local recruiting efforts (job fairs, school programs, community outreach)
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, interview volume) and provide weekly updates

What they're looking for:

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
• Working knowledge of an ATS and recruiting platforms (Indeed/LinkedIn, etc.)
• In-office: Overland Park, KS
• Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift
• Bonus: experience recruiting in construction, trades, sales, or high-volume roles
