Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Recruiter-Level 1 to join their innovative team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent while creating a positive experience for candidates.

What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level positions, from intake through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing plans
• Sources candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, social media, referrals)
• Screens candidates for technical fit
• Facilitate structured interviews and ensure consistent evaluations
• Track metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and adjusts strategies accordingly
• Negotiate offers aligned with market data and candidate expectations
• Sources talent broadly and supports hiring practices that ensure a diverse and productive workforce
• Contribute to employer brand through job postings and social engagement

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years experience, ideally at agency and corporate
• Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to reach talent
• Maintain relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
