Cheer Home Care is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiter to support their team throughout the full-cycle interview process. The role involves posting job ads, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, and leading orientation, while also assisting in matching clients with caregivers.

What you'll do:

• Manage job postings and source candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Communicate updates and next steps to candidates in a timely manner
• Organize and maintain candidate records and documentation
• Support onboarding efforts and ensure compliance with company policies
• Perform administrative tasks to streamline the recruiting process

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
• Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
• Ability to potentially work one weekend day
• Bachelor's Degree
• Industry experience
