Recruiter - Oil & Gas

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is hiring a Recruiter to support hiring across field operations, CDL drivers, skilled trades, technicians, and leadership positions. The role sources and evaluates candidates, partners with hiring managers, manages recruiting logistics and communications, and assists with onboarding.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand position requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen and interview applicants to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual interviews
• Attend job fairs, schools, and open interviews to recruit top talent
• Extend and negotiate offers of employment
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics
• Ensure timely and professional candidate communication
• Maintain applicant records and recruiting activity in the ATS
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
• Assist with onboarding and creation of new hire personnel files
• Stay informed of industry best practices, recruitment trends, and new technologies

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-4 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in high volume recruiting
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Preferably in a staffing agency or industrial environment
