Recruiter (Part-Time)

The San Francisco 49ers are a sports organization seeking a part-time Recruiter to support recruitment and hiring for seasonal, full-time, and part-time staff. The role manages high-volume hiring activities, including applicant screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruiting events, and offer extension.

What you'll do:

• Receives, screens, and files incoming applicants
• Sources candidates for seasonal part-time positions
• Schedules and coordinates interviews
• Cohosts and manages high-volume recruiting events
• Coordinates with hiring managers for interviews
• Extends written and verbal offers
• Supports inclusion initiatives throughout the organization
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables; ability to work in high velocity environment
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
• Excellent attention to detail
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
• The employee must be available to work at local events in person
• Work is part-time, and shifts are either 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• The employee will be working remotely the majority of the time and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions
• The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms
• The employee is regularly required to talk or hear
