Job Qualifications
Completion of high school or the equivalent. Six months of human resources experience required. Must possess the ability, knowledge, and skill to operate/use the appropriate systems/software/hardware. Must complete annual HR code of ethics/confidentiality. Associate must successfully complete the Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act of 1996 training, course code 249F, concerning the handling of personal health information as required by HIPAA within three months of occupying the position. Until training has been completed, the associate may not perform any duties relating to personal health information.

Major Duties
Receives HR inquiries from internal and external customers at Exchange level. May provide guidance on non-transactional/non-actionable inquiries and refers actionable items to appropriate individual(s) for resolutions.
Assists with recruiting activities such as attending job fairs, setting up employment booths, and executing new innovative recruiting methods.
Reviews online candidate profiles and conducts interviews for entry level positions. May rank, refer, and schedule selected candidates for interview. Performs in-processing and onboarding employment related activities. May perform exit interviews for departing employees. Reviews data for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
Performs other duties as assigned.
