About the Role

We're looking for an outgoing, driven Recruiting Assistant to join our team full-time and help grow the pipeline of future Farmers Insurance agents and agency owners. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who loves talking to people, isn't afraid of the phone, and wants a clear path to grow within a fast-moving recruiting operation.

Compensation & Perks

• $36,000–$40,000/year base (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Source and identify potential candidates for agency ownership and staff positions
• Make cold outreach calls to prospective candidates
• Educate candidates on the opportunities available within the district
• Coordinate closely with leadership to schedule interviews and appointments
• Manage the early stages of the recruitment cycle, from first contact through hand-off
• Keep candidate communication and follow-up organized and on schedule
