Recruiting Assistant

Total Quality Logistics is a freight brokerage and logistics company. The Recruiting Assistant supports a recruiter throughout the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting system data, and preparing interview materials.

What you'll do:

• Sourcing and screening candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through the entire selection process
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM)
• Assist in preparing interview materials, including interview guides, candidate assessments and testing, candidate evaluation forms, and background documents
• Support the Recruiter with other day-to-day responsibilities as needed

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills, effectively managing a large volume of tasks
• High sense of urgency and adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high-level of professionalism
• Proficient with MS Office products
• Applicants requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., F-1 STEM OPT, H-1B, TN, J1 etc.) will not be considered
• Prior customer service or recruiting experience preferred
