About this role
Astranis Space Technologies builds advanced satellites and secure satellite communications networks for commercial, government, and military customers. The Recruiting Coordination Associate will support early-career hiring by managing recruiting operations, coordinating candidate experiences, maintaining ATS data integrity, and improving recruiting processes and events.
What you'll do:
- Partner directly with hiring managers to drive all university and early talent hiring, managing job postings, candidate pipelines, and offer extensions
- Guide candidates through a high-touch interview process as the primary liaison for internal teams, while welcoming and hosting candidates in-office for both your pipelines and fellow coordinators
- Maintain strict data hygiene and documentation standards across the Applicant Tracking System to ensure reliable recruiting metrics and compliance
- Continuously evaluate workflows to elevate team efficiency and candidate experience, while supporting ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and campus events as needed

- **U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required** (To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or other protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
- * Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- * Experience with interview scheduling
- * Experience building data visualization dashboards
