Recruiting Coordinator

RG&T Solutions is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting and workforce coordination for light industrial and logistics staffing. The role screens applicants, schedules interviews, assists with onboarding, maintains HR and timekeeping data, and coordinates staffing needs with candidates, associates, and client contacts.

What you'll do:

• Screen applicants and manage candidate communications
• Schedule interviews and support onboarding activities
• Update HR and timekeeping systems accurately
• Help ensure correct assignments and coverage
• Coordinate with client contacts and resolve common staffing issues
• Maintain organized, up-to-date staffing records
