Recruiting Coordinator

United Refrigeration Inc. seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across multiple U.S. locations. The role combines candidate sourcing and screening with interview coordination, applicant tracking, and pre-employment support.

What you'll do:

• Recruitment: Post and maintain openings on company career pages and job boards; source candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings
• Candidate pipeline: Identify and recommend qualified applicants for warehouse, delivery driver, counter sales, customer service, and other assigned roles
• Interview coordination: Schedule phone, virtual; manage confirmations, changes, candidate updates, and follow-ups
• ATS and administration: Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in iCIMS; track recruiting activity, prepare reports, and support job posting updates
• Team collaboration: Communicate with hiring managers, assist with job fairs and recruiting projects, and support continuous process improvements
• Reports: Maintain current list of open positions and approved positions by location

What they're looking for:

• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, discretion, and ability to prioritize multiple openings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with ATS platforms and online job boards
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or recruitment coordination
• Experience screening candidates
• ICIMS, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, multi-location hiring, or recruiting in distribution, logistics, transportation, or customer service
