Recruiting Coordinator Sport

Soccer Shots is hiring a Recruiting & Talent Coordinator to support hiring across multiple markets as its youth sports business grows. The role manages candidate sourcing and communication, hiring coordination, onboarding, recruiting systems, performance tracking, and staffing needs with operations teams.

What you'll do:

• Recruit and attract talent: Find qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Manage the hiring process: Review applications, contact applicants, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and help move applicants through each stage
• Keep candidates engaged: Communicate promptly and professionally to create a positive candidate experience
• Support hiring across multiple markets: Help recruit coaches and staff for Soccer Shots and other youth sports programs as the business grows
• Coordinate onboarding: Collect required documents and help new hires complete onboarding requirements
• Maintain recruiting systems: Keep candidate records, hiring pipelines, and recruiting tasks organized and up to date using Monday.com, Connecteam, and other tools
• Track recruiting performance: Monitor applications, interviews, hiring progress, and recruiting results to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work with operations: Coordinate with leadership and operations teams to understand staffing needs and fill open positions efficiently

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions
• Proactive and persistent; you don't wait for candidates to respond before following up
• Comfortable making calls, sending texts and emails, and speaking with applicants throughout the day
• Able to learn new software and keep information accurate
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
• You are someone who takes ownership, follows through, enjoys connecting with people, and understands that successful recruiting requires consistent outreach and communication
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and results matter
• Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, but we will also consider candidates with experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, administrative coordination, or other people-focused roles
