Recruiting Intern

Heritage Auctions is a collectibles auctioneer seeking a motivated Recruiting Intern to support its Talent Acquisition team. The role assists with full-cycle recruiting, candidate coordination, recruitment marketing, onboarding preparation, applicant tracking system maintenance, and recruiting events and research.

What you'll do:

• Assisting with candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Reviewing resumes and helping screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
• Supporting recruitment marketing efforts (job postings, campus outreach, social media)
• Assisting with onboarding preparation and new hire documentation
• Maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity
• Helping plan and support recruiting events and career fairs
• Conducting research on market trends and talent pipelines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating continuous change and shifting priorities
• Comfortable using AI to help with recruiting and sourcing
• Location: Dallas, TX (onsite)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-time
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
