Recruiting Intern

ZOVU is a global online startup building an operating system for the modern restaurant industry. The Recruiting Intern will actively support the hiring process by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting first-round interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate records, and supporting onboarding in a fully remote global team.

What you'll do:

• Source and screen candidates for positions across multiple departments
• Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and company leadership
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process
• Help improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas for attracting top talent
• Support onboarding activities for successful candidates when needed

What they're looking for:

• You're currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field—but your attitude and willingness to learn matter most
• You're fluent in English and communicate confidently, professionally, and empathetically with candidates cross culturally
• You're curious, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy learning what makes someone a great fit for a role
• You're able to manage multiple candidates, interviews, and follow-ups while staying detail-oriented
• You work independently, stay organized, and take responsibility for your work without constant supervision
• You're comfortable working in a startup where priorities evolve quickly and every day brings something new
• This is a **100% remote role** (minimum 32 hours per week). You manage your own schedule, take ownership of your work, and thrive in an environment where initiative is valued
