Recruiting Intern - Summer 2027

Schneider is hiring a Recruiting Intern to support its Driver Recruiting team in interviewing and hiring drivers. The intern will respond to driver candidates, schedule interviews, and assist recruiters with daily tasks.

What you'll do:

• Answer incoming calls, chats and text messages from driver candidates
• Provide superior customer service to driver candidates and other departments
• Schedule interviews for driver recruiters
• Assist driver recruiters with their day-to-day tasks

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled at a college or university
• Working toward an associate, technical or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, supply chain or logistics
• Able to work full-time over the summer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
