Recruiting Specialist - Build Connections. Change Lives.

One Senior Care is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to help build its teams across its senior care programs. The role sources candidates, guides applicants through the hiring process, supports hiring managers, maintains recruiting systems and pipelines, and represents the organization at job fairs and community events.

What you'll do:

• Source candidates through social media, job boards, and community events
• Guide applicants through the process — from first contact to offer
• Support hiring managers with scheduling, follow-up, and great communication
• Keep our recruiting systems running smoothly and our candidate pipelines full
• Represent One Senior Care with pride at job fairs and community events
• You’ll work closely with our HR team and managers to ensure every candidate feels welcomed, informed, and appreciated throughout the hiring journey

What they're looking for:

• You're approachable, organized, and love connecting with people
• You handle details with care and keep things moving forward smoothly
• You're confident using systems like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or an ATS
• You have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting
• Or simply the drive to learn quickly and grow in this field
• Ideally recruiting front-line staff in a clinical or an administrative setting
