Recruitment Coordinator

Securitas Group provides security services and is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring efforts in Albuquerque, NM. The role recruits security officers through job postings, candidate screening, interviews, sourcing activities, and job offers while also supporting HR administration, personnel records, onboarding, and communication with operations management.

What you'll do:

• Perform various recruitment activities including job posting, screening and interviewing, and sending job offers to potential candidates
• Review employment applications and match applicants with job requirements based on best recruiting practices
• Identify and carry out sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs, colleges and universities, community organizations, etc
• Maintain personnel files with utmost discretion
• Assist with new hire training and orientation as needed
• Carry out various HR/administrative duties
• Constant communication with operations management team on recruiting updates, trends, and other hiring factors

What they're looking for:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning and organization skills
• Must be able to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred
• Prior experience in high-volume recruitment preferred
