Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support its Fargo branch office HR team. The role focuses on recruitment and onboarding, with additional support for employee relations and other HR functions.

What you'll do:

• This position will be assisting the HR team with various tasks with a heavy focus on recruitment, sourcing, attends hiring & community events, interviewing, offering, licensing documentation, I9's, scheduling new hire orientation class and onboarding. May also assist with employee relations, investigations, terminations, leave of absences, workers comp, compliance and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise

What they're looking for:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Detail orientated and good organizational skills
• Good attitude and strong personality
