Regional Operations Excellence – Intern (German Speaker)

Indie Campers is a campervan marketplace focused on making road trips accessible through rentals, subscriptions, and vehicle sales. The Regional Operations Excellence Intern will support regional and local operational execution, supplier coordination, fleet availability, customer satisfaction, inventory, procurement, and process improvement.

What you'll do:

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of local operational procedures, ensuring alignment with regional standards
• Assist regional and local leadership in achieving operational targets related to fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
• Act as a point of contact for local suppliers and partners, supporting ongoing relationships and monitoring service quality (e.g. cleaning, laundry, fuel, real estate partners, and other operational vendors)
• Support stock replenishment and inventory coordination to ensure smooth daily operations across depots
• Assist in monitoring real estate standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and operational needs
• Support procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, coordination, and negotiation when required
• Contribute to the expansion of the supplier and real estate network across the region
• Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and cost optimization across the region

What they're looking for:

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Operations, Logistics, or similar fields
• Proactive and action-oriented mindset, with a strong willingness to take initiative
• Organized and analytical, comfortable working with data to support decision-making
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow structured processes with precision
• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with regional and local teams
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced and changing environments
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Fluent in English is mandatory
• German and/or Italian is a plus
