Regional Recruiter - Houston

Troy University is seeking a Regional Recruiter to support its Enrollment Management team. The role develops and implements recruitment strategies for traditional freshman and transfer students, maintains contact with prospective students and families, and builds relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other enrollment sources.

What you'll do:

• Supporting Troy Campus traditional freshman and transfer student recruitment efforts in a defined geographic region by implementing recruiting strategies and activities that grow the number of students applying to TROY, being admitted to TROY, and ultimately choosing TROY for enrollment
• Constant contact to prospective students and their families
• Establishing positive relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other sources of potential enrollments
• Travel to Troy Campus several times a year for training and professional development activities

What they're looking for:

• 1. One year of recruiting and/or sales experience
• 2. Bachelor Degree required from a regionally accredited college or university
• 3. Must have transportation and current driver's license
• 4. Candidate must be able to meet and maintain commercial auto insurance eligibility requirements
• 5. Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Master's Degree preferred
