What You'll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist and clinical team in providing exceptional pediatric dental care while helping children and families feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
-
Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with applicable state regulations

Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
-
Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
-
Help create a calm, positive, and welcoming experience for pediatric patients

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Preferred Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in accordance with applicable state requirements

Previous dental assisting experience required; pediatric dental experience preferred

Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, patient-focused approach to working with children and families
