KS Bank is currently seeking a Relationship Banker to join our Roseboro team. Primary duties for this role include, but not limited to:

• Provide customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the branch
• Assist customers by processing bank transactions such as checks and cash deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, account questions and any other needs they may have.
• Build relationships with customers, identifying potential needs and offering appropriate products and service to meet those needs.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, following bank policies and procedures in handling all negotiable instruments.
• Respond to incoming phone calls to the branch, providing customers with needed support and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals as needed.
• Balance ATM cash and other ATM transactions.
• Keep abreast of all relevant regulations, policies and procedures through ongoing compliance training.

Requirements

• Must have previous customer service and cash handling experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen and identify potential customer needs.
• Strong math and analytical skills, ability to count cash.
• Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks.
