Reliability Testing and Failure Analysis Intern

This internship offers hands-on experience in reliability testing, failure analysis, and silicon characterization while working alongside test engineering and reliability engineering teams. ## Responsibilities - Develop and execute standard reliability tests using reliability test equipment. - Collaborate with test engineering and reliability engineering teams to establish, optimize, and document reliability test methodologies. - Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of reliability test setups and processes. - Collect, analyze, and report reliability data from look-ahead silicon and product development activities. - Support failure analysis activities, including device characterization, failure isolation, and imaging techniques. - Document test procedures, results, and findings to support engineering and product qualification efforts. - Present project updates and findings to engineering teams at the conclusion of the internship. ## Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. - Academic coursework in semiconductor devices, microelectronics, electronics, or related technical subjects. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
