• Support day-to-day business operations remotely for the Shelton, WA location
• Communicate with members, prospects, and staff via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Assist with membership inquiries, billing questions, and account management
• Coordinate scheduling, administrative tasks, and internal communications
• Help drive member engagement and retention through outreach and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and data entry using club management software
• Support marketing efforts and social media coordination as needed

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office or CRM software
• Customer service experience preferred
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
