Remote Marketing Coordinator

ListLab is a credible, funded, remote-first startup preparing for a public launch. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage marketing activities, engage with communities, and support campaign coordination as they sprint towards their launch.

What you'll do:

• Manage social media scheduling and posting — keep our channels active and consistent across platforms
• Coordinate campaign launches — help the team get campaigns from concept to live, on time
• Engage with communities — monitor and participate in relevant online communities where our audience hangs out
• Support content creation — draft social posts, email copy, and light blog content
• Track and report on performance — pull basic metrics and flag what's working and what isn't

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience (agency, in-house, freelance, or internship — all count)
• Comfortable with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
• Can write clear, engaging copy for social and email without heavy editing
• Organized and self-directed — you don't need daily check-ins to stay on track
• Strong async communicator — you document your work and flag issues proactively
• 1-3 years in customer success, account management, client services, or a relationship-heavy role
• Genuinely enjoy talking to people and solving their problems
• Strong written communication — you can write a clear, warm email without a template
• Organized and responsive — you don't let messages sit unanswered
• Comfortable working across time zones in a remote-first environment
• Experience in startup or small-team environments
• Basic analytics skills (Google Analytics, social platform insights)
