Passion for Life, Inc. is a non-profit organization focused on helping students identify their passions and pursue rewarding careers. The Volunteer Recruiter Internship supports recruitment efforts by identifying, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talented volunteers across multiple organizational functions. The role also helps implement a project-based staffing model to ensure effective volunteer placement and engagement.

What you'll do:

• Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration
• Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement
