%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22font-size:11.0pt;%22%3EThe Research Coordinator will manage and support all aspects of research studies involving adolescents including study design, recruitment, enrollment, and participant tracking. They will collect and analyze data, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations (e.g., IRB, NIH, Data Safety and Monitoring Board). The coordinator will engage with the community to recruit participants for a peer-to-peer program, conduct clinical interviews, and oversee the management of study data. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI) and the Clinical research coordinator to ensure proper reporting and regulatory compliance. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. a.            Must be able to navigate shared cloud systems. Must be able to navigate web applications that are unfamiliar with little training. Candidate will be required to work independently. Candidate will be required to maintain a flexible schedule, i.e., working some evenings and weekends is necessary
