HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
The Motor Vehicle and Driver License Division, Compliance and Investigation Bureau are seeking a
reliable and energetic new team member for their Dealer Service Group. As a Research/Data
Analyst, you will play a vital role in the processing and handling of dealership licensing.
Responsibilities - What you’ll do
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
- Develop and conduct research studies pertaining to dealerships and present the findings to all
available stakeholders - Identify dealerships that are not in compliance with Missouri laws and regulations
- Conduct and develop research studies based on the evaluations of dealerships and will
provide improvement ideas or recommendations to leadership - Review constituent complaints about a dealership and make necessary decisions of the action
that will occur on the dealership dependent of the investigation
