Specific Requirements: 

Foundational knowledge in medical oncology

Understanding of clinical trial methodology, including basic trial designs (phase I–III), eligibility criteria, endpoints, and regulatory considerations.

Familiarity with translational research concepts, including biospecimen collection, biobanking, molecular profiling, and integration of laboratory findings with clinical data.

Basic proficiency in research databases and data management systems, including electronic data capture platforms and clinical registries.

Introductory knowledge of data analysis principles, including interpretation of clinical and molecular datasets and familiarity with basic statistical concepts.

Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary activities, including collaboration with clinicians, research coordinators, statisticians, and laboratory scientists.
