Our research centers around islet biology and diabetes. We combine diverse techniques including molecular and cellular biology, molecular engineering and chemical synthesis, as well as animal physiology to study islet cells both in vitro and in vivo.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe are looking for a Research Scientist. %26nbsp;He/she will join our team to develop targeted drug delivery to islet beta cells for treating diabetes. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Chemical Biology, or Organic Synthesis. Skills and experience in biochemistry, cell biology, and lead compounds optimization and development are desired. Experience in diabetes research a plus.
