About this role
The Meta Reality Labs Research Team brings together researchers, developers, and engineers to create the future of virtual and augmented reality. The team is developing technologies for AR glasses and VR headsets, including optics and displays, computer vision, audio, graphics, brain-computer interfaces, haptic interaction, eye/hand/face/body tracking, perception science, and telepresence.
The Meta Reality Labs Research audio team focuses on creating virtual sounds that are perceptually indistinguishable from reality and redefining human hearing. The Augmented Capture research team seeks interns to help create audio experiences for virtually reliving and sharing real-life experiences using spatial audio capture. Specific projects will be designed in collaboration with successful applicants to align their skills and experience with current research needs. Internships are 12 to 24 weeks long, with various start dates throughout the year.
