Respiratory Manager, Acute
Location: 1808 W Main St, Russellville, AR 72801
Shift: FT | M-F | 8am-5pm | coverage for open shifts will also be required as needed.

How you’ll contribute
Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Staff Management & Development: Oversees recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, training, conflict resolution, and professional growth opportunities; responsible for hiring, terminating, and administering corrective actions.
- Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Monitors budgets, contracts, vendor relations, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA); manages procurement, equipment, and supply usage to ensure efficiency and readiness.
- Patient Care & Service Coordination: Assesses quality of patient care, coordinates services among patients, staff, physicians, and departments, and provides direct care when necessary.
- Confidentiality & Stakeholder Relations: Maintains sensitive information securely, serves internal staff and external clients/vendors, and fosters a collaborative environment that meets organizational and regulatory standards.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education
- Certified Respiratory Care Therapist; Valid and Current Arkansas Board of Respiratory Care
- Management Experience; strongly preferred
- (BLS) Basic Life Support required one month from hire/transfer date
- (ACLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support six months from hire/transfer date
- (PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support six months from hire/transfer date
