Major Duties
Serve as the primary liaison between the Exchange and franchisors. Ensure worldwide compliance with brand standards, review and coordinate franchise agreements, validate construction, equipment, and contracting requirements, and communicate franchisor-directed operational changes to stakeholders to support successful brand operations and growth.
Conduct and coordinate training activities before, during, and after openings to support operational readiness, brand compliance, and franchise success.
Monitor and analyze restaurant development projects by coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to support effective execution. Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and advertising placement for Limited Time Offers (LTOs) in partnership with designated franchisors to drive brand awareness, and business performance.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned restaurant brands by tracking profitability, industry benchmarks, key performance indicators, and brand standards. Coordinate corrective actions and provide operational support to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Performs other duties as assigned
