- Inspect water, fire, mold, sewage, and other property damage.
- Prepare accurate, professional estimates.
- Explain the restoration process and answer customer questions.
- Follow up consistently and close the sale.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth transition into production.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first visit through project approval.
- Minimum two years of restoration industry experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A professional who enjoys meeting customers and asking for the business.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Xactimate experience is highly desirable but not required. We will train the right candidate.
