About this role
Farrow & Ball is a luxury British lifestyle brand producing richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper. The Retail Marketing Coordinator supports retail marketing, visual merchandising, and Colour Consultancy programs across North American sales channels by coordinating campaigns, showroom launches, customer engagement initiatives, and brand standards.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate rollout of campaigns, promotions, and seasonal collection launches across sales channels
- Serve as the North America point person for new retail door openings, coordinating marketing readiness for new showrooms/studios, from launch materials to opening logistics to ongoing support
- Manage showroom marketing calendars and support event coordination, including openings, trade days, and training sessions
- Liaise with channel, creative, digital, and brand teams to ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
- Support lead-generation assets, including segmented email, geo-targeted landing pages, and digital gift card fulfillment
- Oversee communications with Colour Consultants and monitor programme performance against revenue targets
- Partner with the digital team to optimize the customer journey from lead to booked consultation
- Support implementation for visual merchandising standards across sales channels, including campaigns, windows, in-store displays, fixtures, seasonal refreshes, and POS materials
- Conduct regular VM compliance audits, reporting, identifying opportunities and maintenance requirements to deliver consistent and elevated customer experiences across our channels
- Collaborate with brand, creative, and procurement teams for signage, print, and display fabrication
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or a related coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with trade partners and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity with email and CRM marketing platforms
- Some travel required, estimated at less than 20%, for showroom visits and trade events
- When not travelling, you'll be expected to work from our Downtown Manhattan office three days a week, with additional in-office days encouraged when there are opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in person
- Comfortable with the hands-on aspects of the role, including supporting showroom visual merchandising, display setup, and the movement and organization of marketing materials
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high brand and merchandising standards
- Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative, digital, trade, and retail teams
- Strong brand judgment, with an understanding of and commitment to protecting a luxury heritage brand voice
