Revenue Accounting Co Op

Wellington Management is an investment management firm serving institutional clients and mutual fund sponsors across global capital markets. The Revenue Accounting Co-op will support revenue-related bookkeeping and data processes, including cash application, revenue estimation, journal entries, account maintenance, reporting, invoicing, and system enhancements.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for daily Cash Application
• Regularly interact with relationship teams to effectively procure information
• Participate in monthly revenue estimation and accounting processes
• Collaborate with our Treasury team to identify receipts
• Prepare monthly revenue related deliverables
• Assist with the development of system enhancements
• Prepare revenue and accounts receivable journal entries
• Ad hoc requests from internal and external constituents
• Assist the invoicing team to prepare and review client invoices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is required
• Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program
• Previous related work experience or Co-op experience is desirable
