About this role
Gentiva is a national provider of hospice, palliative, home health, and advanced illness care. The Revenue Operations Analyst will support sales effectiveness and business performance by analyzing market, account, and sales data, preparing reports and recommendations, supporting planning and resource allocation, and improving business processes and reporting.
What you'll do:
- Analyze market, account, and sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support sales planning and resource allocation through analysis of business needs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for field and corporate leadership
- Partner with business leaders to validate findings, incorporate local context, and support implementation of agreed actions
- Track action plans and performance measures to assess progress and inform future decisions
- Validate data across business systems and coordinate with appropriate partners to address discrepancies
- Document workflows, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements to reporting, tools, and processes
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, consulting, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust with business leaders
- Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
