About this role
Nurse Manager - MAIN OR at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts.

Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population. Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.
Role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Develops programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patients' nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated and met.

Required Qualifications:
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- 2 years of recent clinical experience
- Computer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Specialty certificate based on unit
- 5 years of clinical experience
- 2 years of management experience
