Position Summary: The Roofer Laborer provides support to Roofers and job site leadership including but not limited to set-up, material assistance, clean up and tear down efforts.
The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:
- Must be comfortable with heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to take direction from a foreman or other job site leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively with other crew member
- Safety minded with a quality focus
- Good attendance is a must

Requirements
Tools for the Job:
Acquire tools for the trade
- Some personal hand tools may need to be acquired after hire
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Preferred but not required: Roofing or commercial construction experience
