Position Summary: The Roofer Laborer provides support to Roofers and job site leadership including but not limited to set-up, material assistance, clean up and tear down efforts.

• • Must be comfortable with heights
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to take direction from a foreman or other job site leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other crew member
  • Safety minded with a quality focus
  • Good attendance is a must

Requirements

• Tools for the Job: 

  Acquire tools for the trade

  • Some personal hand tools may need to be acquired after hire
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Preferred but not required: Roofing or commercial construction experience

• Subject to extreme heat temperature may exceed 100 degrees.
• Subject to extreme cold temperature frost, snow, and ice may be present on roof surfaces.
• Subject to varied heights 
• Subject to working around other trades that may come in contact with hazardous equipment or material.
