Route Accounting Associate

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a Route Accounting Associate to support accounting processes for assigned facilities. The role manages daily inquiries, register and invoicing processes, reporting, invoice corrections, and operational support.

What you'll do:

• Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items
• Run register process for each RBG facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems
• Run invoicing process for each RBG facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day
• Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc
• Correct invoice errors from prior day
• Support operations as needed
• Other projects or duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree

• This position is remote; however, the selected candidate must reside within one hour of a Reyes Beverage Group facility in Hawaii.
• May have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.
