Route Accounting Associate

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a Route Accounting Associate to support accounting processes for assigned facilities. The role monitors inbox inquiries, coordinates register and invoicing processes, runs reports, corrects invoice errors, and supports operations as needed.

What you'll do:

• Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items
• Run register process for each RBG facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems
• Run invoicing process for each RBG facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day
• Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc
• Correct invoice errors from prior day
• Support operations as needed
• Other projects or duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree
