Sales Analytics Analyst-Category

Nestlé is seeking a Sales Analytics Analyst to support its Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages division and Category Strategy team. The role provides insights, analytics, reporting, and data-driven recommendations to identify trends, develop category strategies, support customer-facing presentations, and drive growth across the company’s premium beverage portfolio.

What you'll do:

• Partner with Category Strategy leaders to identify growth opportunities for San Pellegrino, Maison Perrier, Acqua Panna, Essentia, and the broader NWPB portfolio by analyzing category trends, consumer behavior, competitive activity, and retailer strategies
• Develop actionable category insights and recommendations that help position NWPB brands to win within evolving consumer preferences, premium beverage trends, and retailer growth strategies
• Monitor category, consumer, and competitor performance to proactively identify risks and opportunities that influence brand share, category growth, and customer business planning
• Support the development of category growth strategies and customer-facing selling stories that demonstrate how NWPB brands can drive incremental category value and meet retailer objectives

What they're looking for:

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Intermediate/advanced skill in Excel (Xlookups, pivots, etc.)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals

• Analytical Experience: Understanding data, building reports, and conducting analysis
• Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana, Nielsen) and data visualization techniques
