Position: Sales and Marketing Representative
Compensation: $48,000 + commission 

 Schedule: Full-Time
Territory: Lancaster County

Always Best Care is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales and Marketing Representative to grow our presence within the home care industry. This role is ideal for someone with industry knowledge and a strong marketing or sales background who thrives in a territory-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with referral partners in the area

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Represent the company at community and networking events

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Track sales activity and meet growth targets

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care, healthcare, or related industry preferred

• Strong sales and marketing background

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
