Quiñónez Agency is looking for a reliable, organized, and persistent Sales Development Representative to help generate qualified insurance sales opportunities for our U.S.-based sales team.

This role focuses on contacting leads, following up with prospects, re-engaging previous quotes, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments. You will help keep the sales pipeline organized so licensed producers can focus on advising clients and closing business.

Compensation range is a proposed recruiting range and should be finalized based on experience and the approved compensation plan.

Salary Range: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per month

• Maintain accurate notes, contact records, and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Track daily activity, contact rates, appointments, and qualified opportunities.
• Follow approved scripts and compliance procedures.
• Attend daily team meetings and communicate pipeline updates.
