About this role
CNO Financial Group is an insurance and financial services company focused on securing the future of middle-income America. The company is seeking a Sales Enablement Intern to support its Worksite team through research, data analysis, campaign experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve sales and marketing results.
What you'll do:
- Build campaign briefs for business customers, identifying what's driving engagement and what isn't
- Help design and run experiments to improve demand generation, customer engagement, and scheduling rates
- Research and recommend new campaign ideas for emerging markets
- Analyze marketing and sales data to find ways to improve results
- Partner with Marketing and Compliance teams on a real, cross-functional project
- Recommend process improvements based on your findings
What they're looking for:
- Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Progress toward a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields
- Rising junior or rising senior status (expected graduation December 2027–June 2028)
- Interest in the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology (MarTech, CRM, digital marketing)
- Systems thinker, curious about AI
- Coursework or concentration in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) with a MarTech or Digital focus
- Digital Marketing Technology or Marketing Analytics programs
- Comfort working with marketing data, marketing systems, and/or a B2B sales or enablement environment
