Monthly bonus to be paid on net profit each month based on the following Tiers (Paid on the 15th of each month following the close of the prior period): • Tier 1: $5,000+ = 3.0% (From net profit dollar 1) • Tier 2: $12,000+ = 5% (From net profit dollar 1, not compounded with Tier 1) • Tier 3: $20,000+ = 7.5% (From net profit dollar 1, not compounded with Tier 1&2)<br>Benefits: A minimum 6-month provisional period, you may be eligible to participate in a company benefits program which has yet to be defined and is subject to change from month to month. <br><br><em>Duties & Responsibilities <br></em>The Employee agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company, including but not limited to: ○ Leading staff ○ Driving membership sales ○ Coordinating personal training & team training sales ○ Promoting member retention ○ Providing conflict resolution as needed ○ Ensure efficient and effective performance to meet or exceed all financial objectives ○ Foster D1 CORE VALUES in the facility and community ○ Work to establish community relationships to promote the D1 brand ○ Drive local market awareness and engagement activities.<br>The Sales Manager's main responsibility is to create a D1 environment that motivates and inspires all to be their very best while achieving their goals.</div> </div>
